Lyn Gunell (that’s me). I’m an ex journalist and editor. I studied basic HTML for website construction and design at the University of Cape Town in 2001 and have been using that knowledge ever since to create online e-learning courses and search engine optimised (SEO) websites for small businesses and professionals. I have also taught Business English (TEFL) to executives in Finland for many years.
I don’t pretend to know everything about website construction (this is a vast and ever changing field) and when necessary I engage a talented expert from my network of contacts which includes graphic designers and technical “gurus” who have knowledge of the really complicated script issues which sometimes arise on WordPress and Joomla platforms.
I believe in going the extra mile for my clients – I think that this is quite a simple philosophy which keeps my clients satisfied and by extension helps to minimise stress in my work because happy clients are a pleasure to work with.
